WEEK #23

This is a sad week for me.  This week marks the 2nd year without my beloved Shih Tzu "Aukmed Valentino" (Aukey) ...my best friend, my keeper of secrets, hugger and snuggler.

I still talk to you almost everyday, But your presence is missed daily. My little smile activator.

My frito puppy, Pumpkin Pie Puppy my Aukmed Valentino ... My Valentine's Gift in 1996. You were the best gift EVER!  No puppy can take your place, you are one of a kind. I love you.. just wanted you to know I have not forgotten you..

WEEK #22

Painted the upstairs hallway and the stairwell this weekend. :0)

We did OK.. Nobody died ... so that is a win in my book.. just have some touch up to do where we flubbed on the ceiling... next week maybe I will get Kindra's PINK room done.

WEEK #21

This week ... we made a quick trip to Portland for Liam to meet some new relatives... we took a day and went to OMSI.. great museum if you ever get to Portland.

We also said goodbye to Kym and Liam as they went back home to that far away land of Louisiana.

My dad Great Grandpa was in love at first sight.. just like the rest of us!

WEEK #20

KYM CAME TO TOWN!!! got to meet my lil LIAM!!

Cried like a baby.. but got it quickly under control... He looked so sad to see me cry!!  He is beautiful and I love him! 

Thank You Kym for coming to visit.. we had a great time in Seattle.. went to Pike's Place and then rode the Ferris Wheel.

WEEK #19

Well this week the floor is DONE!!! we also found that a cat...had totally clawed up the arm of the couch ... guess he wasn't happy about that new cat door we installed for him... or didn't like that we were storing the furniture in the garage!! Grr...

We also started on the maintenance and care of the Hot Tub on the back patio... So my hubby has taken on the task of keeping it clean and safe!

WEEK #18

This week we are totally moved in to the new house and out of the old... Totally into the garage and upstairs... as the first floor is having new flooring laid.

So goodbye with the old and hello to the new!  Kindra also started a new school and will be riding the BUS!! EEEK!!  this is a tough one for me... I'm that "no I'll drive you mom" ... She on the other hand was THRILLED to ride the bus! (can't get that picture to upload, so going to skip it)

WEEK #17

This week we started moving some things and hired a painter and sheet rock guy to fix up the downstairs walls.

It is all a work in progress... and in hind sight... we could have taken better steps to be organized! LOL

WEEK #16

Signed the papers on our new home this week... our little piece of land with a house and a yard. :0)
